The Cheshire Cat

Personality: Smug, witty, compassionate, sarcastic, helpful, unpredictable, squirmish around blood and gore or even the thought of it, tad grim and quite cowardly.

History: The Cheshire Cat's numerous appearances have decorated the fate of Wonderland for years. He has a mysterious and small role but and important one when it comes to saving Wonderland. From the beginning, The Cheshire Cat has been apparent to those who will listen to his cryptic advice. His first appearance was to Alice, where he directed her to where she wanted to go. If only she could simply decide where she had wanted to go! His advice starts Alice down a long path that takes her back home, exactly where she had wished to go. He appears when neccessary to get the final product, and only then.

During Alice's disappearance, The Cheshire Cat became a traitor like character. When the red queen invaded with her armies, The Cheshire Cat disappeared and chose not to contribute to the battle for Wonderland. He displayed excitment, when Alice introduced herself. Showing that he did not remember her face, probably due to her age change. The Cheshire Cat seems to have the most answers for Alice, speaking in cryptic riddles but occasionally answering her questions directly. His allegance was finally shown, when he lifted the red queen's crown from her head and placed it on the White Queen's instead. Though his cowardness remains visable, when he disappears as the Jaberwock appears to duel Alice shortly before.

After Alice left for a third time, The Cheshire Cat disappeared when he was most required. He did not stand and fight like the other creatures in Wonderland. Seeing the fight as already lost, The Cheshire Cat evaporated the day the armies arrived.
