Personal: Alastoria, or Alla, as she's called by her older brother, is mostly quiet and curious. As only half-human she still possesses certain human behaviour, but her fairy side isn't silent one. She knows handful of spells and has abilitity to fly with and without her wings that are usually neatly folded in her clothes. She likes to receive energy from wind and also can control it. She can also control water and bit of fire. But using her skills also drains her energy and she's still new to magic. Sometimes Alla likes to turn invisible and play pranks on others but she cannot maintain invisibility for long time.

Part of her life Alastoria has spent as a human, hiding her true identity, but when her parents died in a airplane crash she swore to not hide. Her older brother helped her start training but he lost control of his powers and she got teleported to someplace. Now the girl has to learn accept her future and remember her true identity.

Two questions - does Alastoria live in the forest, or will she be living in the actual city? And two - which group would you like her to be added to: earth or wind?

Hmm dunno. City maybe. But she might have a cabin in forest, if possible. But mainly city.

I think 'wind' will be okay. is there any rules about groups? I'm trying to locate info of how they differ (although water is quite foretelling)

I think the difference between them is the magic they preferably use... at least that's what I'm thinking. Will ask Yules about this on occasion, when I get the chance to talk to her and let you know Smile

Pretty much, the groups break down to which element your character does most of their magic with. So since Alastoria prefers wind as her element, she's in the wind group. Taryn uses earth as her element, hence why she's in there. A fairy who uses water as her preferred element, would be in water. Humans and human-hybrids who don't control elements are automatically put into the earth group.

Yeah, she likes wind and flying. Water scares Alastoria because it can be deep, dark and full of secrets.

Would it be allowed if she can manipulate small amounts of water like from puddles and droplets?

Yeah, of course. Just because wind is her element doesn't mean that she can't control some of the other elements somewhat. It's just that her control over the minor ones can't be as strong as her preferred one. If that makes any sense...
